These terms cover use of lolacafe.studio and any offer run at the Lola Cafe counter, first floor above Capital Drug House, Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar. The site and offers are operated by Priyakishore Patra, trading as Lola Cafe. By using this website or taking part in any offer, you accept these terms.
This site is informational: it shows the menu, the story, and how to find the cafe. There is no online ordering or payment on this site today. Prices shown on the Menu page are in INR, taxes extra, and match the owner's price sheet at the time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice; the counter price on the day governs.
Hours, the public phone number, and the address are printed on the Visit page and in this site's footer. If anything ever looks out of date, what staff tell you at the counter is current.
These offers run during Lola Cafe's launch period and can be ended, extended, or changed by the cafe at any time. A Google review is never required to redeem any part of any offer.
If your birthday (as given at registration, or a friend's, where you've shared their details with us and they registered through our form within the launch month) falls on a day you place an order at the cafe, you get dimsums, a pastry, and a coffee, all complimentary, at the cafe's discretion and subject to availability.
Post a story or post that visibly tags Lola Cafe on Instagram, show it to staff, and get one complimentary dish on your next visit. This offer does not expire. To keep it fair, it is limited to two redemptions per week per person. If you post more than twice in a week, we may ask to see that each qualifying post or story stayed live for at least 24 hours before honouring further redemptions.
All launch offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated, and are limited to one active registration per mobile number. We use the phone number and birthday you give us to run these offers and for future updates from Lola Cafe; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
The Lola Cafe name, the Odia wordmark ଲୋଲା କାଫେ, the sage-and-cream logo, and the photos and text on this site belong to Lola Cafe. Do not reuse them for another business without asking first.
We keep this site as accurate as we can as a new business still finalising some details (licensing and registration). We do not guarantee the site is free of errors at every moment, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on outdated information here instead of confirming at the cafe or over the phone.
Links to Instagram, Google Maps, or other platforms take you to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave lolacafe.studio.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
If you comment on one of our posts with certain keywords, or send a direct message to @lola_cafe_bbsr, you may receive an automated reply. Every automated reply says at the start that it is automated. Menu items, prices and timings in an automated reply come from our current menu; if anything differs from what the cafe confirms to you, the cafe's confirmation applies. Anything the assistant cannot answer is passed to our team. We do not send automated messages that you did not ask for.
