Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Lola Cafe to delete the information we receive when you comment on our Instagram posts or send a direct message to @lola_cafe_bbsr.

What we hold

Through Meta's Instagram API we receive your Instagram username, the ID Meta assigns to your account for us, the text of your comment or message, and when it was sent.

How to ask for deletion

Email lolacafebbsr@gmail.com with the subject "Instagram data deletion" and include your Instagram username.

What happens next

We delete these records within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done.

You can also delete your own comments on Instagram, and the conversation in your Instagram inbox, at any time.
